Helen Liang is a passionate therapist committed to helping families grow in connection, understanding, and emotional wellbeing. She brings aĀ humanistic, strength-based, andĀ attachment-focusedĀ approach to her work, specialising in play therapy as a healing bridge between inner experience and outer expression.
Helen has a deep interest and extensive experience inĀ early childhood development, with particular expertise in working withĀ young children experiencing developmental delays. She recognises the unique light within each child and works closely with families to support their growth at every stage.
Culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, Helen supports clients fromĀ diverse backgrounds, includingĀ migrants, refugees, and families navigating complex life transitions. She believes thatĀ every individual has the inner wisdom and potential to create a brighter path forward, and that therapy can be a powerful space where this is rediscovered.
