Helen is a humanistic-approach practitioner, who adopts attachment-based play therapy as the key psychotherapy modality. Helen is passionate in delivery culturally sensitive service to clients from different backgrounds, including migrants and refugee group. Helen believes that everyone has the strengths and potentials to reach and create their greater future, and such internal wisdom will be brightened though trustworthy human connection.
