关于 Helen
Child & Family Play Therapist
Social Worker
Helen Liang is a passionate therapist committed to helping families grow in connection, understanding, and emotional wellbeing. She brings a humanistic, strength-based, and attachment-focused approach to her work, specialising in play therapy as a healing bridge between inner experience and outer expression.
Helen has a deep interest and extensive experience in early childhood development, with particular expertise in working with young children experiencing developmental delays. She recognises the unique light within each child and works closely with families to support their growth at every stage.
Culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, Helen supports clients from diverse backgrounds, including migrants, refugees, and families navigating complex life transitions. She believes that every individual has the inner wisdom and potential to create a brighter path forward, and that therapy can be a powerful space where this is rediscovered.
Helen’s warm and collaborative presence supports:
❤️ Children with additional needs – including ASD, ADHD, hearing impairments, and developmental delays
❤️ Individuals navigating emotional challenges – such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma
❤️ Families and caregivers – working through parent–child concerns, relationship difficulties, or parenting stress
Guided by the heart of her work and the spirit of the practice, Helen lives the philosophy:
“Together, we shine a light within and open a new path of growth and wisdom.”
She is honoured to walk alongside families as they rediscover their strengths and build more connected, joyful lives.
